The Presence Radio Network is dedicated to bringing you the best in authentic Catholic programming and we take this responsibility very seriously. Our purpose is to bring people of the Catholic faith, indeed all people closer to God, through the teachings of Jesus Christ.

The Presence Radio Network is the pioneer of Catholic radio in the State of Maine. It is a non-profit organization dedicated to answering a critical need: to facilitate access to quality Catholic radio programming.

Catholic radio is truly following in the footsteps of our Lord. As a direct, personal and cost-effective tool for evangelization and catechesis, it is touching souls with the message of Christ’s love and salvation. The Catechism of the Catholic Church is the foundation of our Faith.

Radio as a Tool for Evangelization

Catholic radio is a growing movement initiated and fostered by the Holy Spirit. As the faithful continue to answer the call for a new evangelization, the number of Catholic radio stations continues to rise.

Catholic radio is a multiplier of diocesan efforts and leads to increased activism in parish life. It has a synergistic impact upon the outreaches of a local Church and supports the truths spoken and the evangelical efforts of our parish priests.

The universal call to holiness is fostered by reaching the listeners in the privacy of their home or car providing the quiet intimacy that facilitates time with God. It comforts and offers truth during life’s struggles when no one else is there.

Utilizing radio and web stream broadcasting (which increases listening reach), Catholic radio permits sharing the treasure of the Church, teaching the truths of our Catholic faith, and building up the body of Christ. In so doing, we respond to our call to evangelize –
